Results transmission and payments
You can choose to take the results after your appointment, or we send them to your doctor. At the same time, prescribers receive the protocol of your examinations and access to the images via PacsOnWeb.
We systematically apply the third-party payer system, which means you only have to pay your share. For this, you can choose between cash payment or bank card payment.
Accreditations
Our service guarantees that we have all the necessary accreditations from INAMI and AFCN to ensure the safety and reimbursement of our procedures for our patients.

What should I bring for my examination?
For your examination, you need to bring: - Your ID card - The medical prescription (mandatory) - Your health insurance card - Previous examinations if you have them
Are X-rays dangerous?
X-rays are a form of ionizing radiation. Exposure is strictly controlled and limited to the absolute necessary minimum. Our modern equipment and protocols guarantee an optimized dose for each examination. The diagnostic benefit is always weighed against the risk of exposure.
What if I am pregnant or think I might be?
It is crucial to inform the radiologist or medical staff if you are pregnant or think you might be. Some examinations may be postponed or replaced by alternatives without radiation (such as ultrasound) to protect the fetus.
How does reimbursement work?
If you are affiliated with a health insurance fund, you only pay the co-payment (your share). We apply the third-party payer system, which means we collect the remaining amount directly from your health insurance fund. Special cases: - Screening mammography: free between 50 and 69 years (every 2 years) - Bone densitometry: reimbursement under specific conditions every 5 years
How can I pay?
We accept payments via: - Bancontact - Cash - Bank transfer (via mobile application) A receipt can be provided upon request for your accounting.
How do I access my results?
After your examination, you will receive access to PACSonWEB to view your images and reports online. These results are also sent directly to your prescribing physician.
